This record was released in 1988. Its as old as I am but man it sounds good. I've always had a soft spot for this type of punk/hc. Its fast, positive, its for the youth and its straight edge. I don't really own alot of this type of stuff for no real reason but I'm glad I picked this up. What put me onto this band was actually a cover Have Heart did for one of their 7's but called its Bonds of Bro-ship, so I had to find out about it. Speaking of the cover, how good is it. Dudes being bro's.

Consequences
What a score. So happy to add this to the collection. A test pressing of Miles Away - Consequences (/15).
For people reading this that don't know what a test pressing is, its a record made to test the quality of the finished version before making hundreds of them. So in other words, they are majorly limited - want an example? Check out the price of this auction for a Metallica test press here. The punk/hardcore community goes nuts for tests and some record labels like to run competitions to get your hands on one or even throw them in with orders. Unlike those chances, I bought one online from another collector and for a reasonable price. Pretty bloody happy.
This is a DIY cover the label did for the test pressings, a little bit different to the original cover.

Break Away
Break Even - The Bright Side: 2nd pressing.
Clear (/200)
Finally these came in the mail after another 2 and half months. Glad they did as they look pretty sweet, however the wait is ridiculous. Its going to be hard to order from this label again. This clear version is almost crystal, different to other clear records I have. You can barely see it up against the black record cover. And they've gone for a small and neater card lyric/photo sheet compared to the first pressing where its a fold out mega booklet.

Blue Transparent/Blue Splatter (/300).
I keep saying this label takes forever sending out things, but the colours on this release have been pretty amazing. Not too often you see something cool like this, looks pretty good to me.

Yes, I collect Miles Away, you would of guessed that by now. So when they did a South East Asia tour and Malaysian label, 'Brnwrck' released Endless Roads on cassette tape, I had to get it and why not for only $8 total including postage to Australia. Just need a tape player...
